What is the meaning of a service plan?

The term “service plan” typically refers to a contract or agreement between a service provider, CITE Solutions, and a customer that outlines the specific services that will be provided, the terms and conditions of the agreement, and any associated costs or fees. A service plan is commonly used in industries such as telecommunications, internet service providers, home security systems, and maintenance services. It helps to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of what services will be provided, when they will be provided, and what the expectations are for both parties. Service plans are the key to peace of mind!!

What is covered under a service plan?

It depends on the specific level of service plan purchased. All service plans will automatically come with a seasonal system start up & shut down service, 3 service hours to be used at your discretion, and technical phone support during business hours. They may cover repairs or replacements for mechanical or electrical failures, accidental damage, and other issues that may occur during normal use of the product. It’s important to carefully review the terms and conditions of your service plan to understand exactly what is covered. If you have any specific questions about your service plan, it may be best to contact the office to discuss with one of our professionally trained CITE Solutions’ technician.

How long does a service plan last and what does it cover?

The duration of our plans are the calendar year: January 1st thru December 31st, but can be used as soon as purchased if paid prior to end of current calendar year.

The coverage provided by a CITE Solutions service plan can also vary depending on the specific terms and conditions. In general, these plans are designed to provide additional protection beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
