What is covered under a service plan?

It depends on the specific level of service plan purchased. All service plans will automatically come with a seasonal system start up & shut down service, 3 service hours to be used at your discretion, and technical phone support during business hours. They may cover repairs or replacements for mechanical or electrical failures, accidental damage, and other issues that may occur during normal use of the product. It’s important to carefully review the terms and conditions of your service plan to understand exactly what is covered. How long does a service plan last and what does it cover?

The duration of our plans are the calendar year: January 1st thru December 31st, but can be used as soon as purchased if paid prior to end of current calendar year.
